Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
We know that you want to receive your Alice Blends order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship all orders from our UK facility within 2 working days. 

UK SHIPPING
We generally ship UK orders using Evri, using a tracked 2-day service, although we may use other couriers (such as Royal Mail, DHL or Yodel) without notice where this is operationally necessary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally from the UK using a panel of couriers, depending on destination. This may include DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail; but the "last mile" delivery to your home may be your local national courier (e.g. La Poste in France) depending on the international courier network. You are responsible for all customs duties and local VAT, where applicable, in your home country. This will typically be collected from you by the courier prior to delivery.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Once orders have been collected from our UK facility by the courier, any delays in shipping are outside our control. We will be happy to provide you with the tracking numbers so you can monitor progress.
