1. General Information
Do you offer caffeine‑free options?
All our infusions are naturally caffeine-free. They do not contain tea leaves, only herbs, fruit, flowers and spices.
How should I store my tea to keep it fresh?
We recommend keeping your loose blend or tea bags in your original Alice Blends tin. For ease of use, you can remove the clear inner pouch and pour your tea directly into the tin.
2. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed online through our website. Visit our Collections and add your chosen products to your cart!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and most credit cards through our secure payment platform.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We are always happy to help – email us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel. If the order hasn’t yet shipped, we can change or refund. If it has already shipped, and you’ve changed your mind, we’ll ask you to return it for a refund.
Do you offer gift cards or discount codes?
We currently offer 10% off your first order to all customer who join our tea community! You can subscribe on our home page.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country globally. This will be confirmed when you checkout.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery takes 2 days from despatch.
How much is shipping and do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within UK for orders over £30. Orders within UK under £30 are charged at £3.50 for shipping. Shipping outside UK is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order through our website.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Please check the tracking details to understand where the parcel is. Sometimes our couriers experience delays for unforeseen events, such as weather. If you believe the parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will sort it out.

Can I return opened tea packages?
No, opened tea packages can not be returned. Please see our returns policy for full details.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Please see the return policy for more details.
5. Product & Ingredients
Do your teas contain allergens?
Our teas do not contain common allergens, such as nuts. However, are infusions are produced in a facility that also handles nuts, soya, sesame, eggs, milk, mustard, celery, wheat and gluten. We advise anyone with rare allergies, such as cranberries, to read the ingredients list which sets out all ingredients.
How do I brew herbal tea properly?
Each of our blends has guidance on the tin, concerning amount of tea (for loose leaf), water temperature and brewing time.
7. Sustainability & Ethics
Are your packaging materials eco‑friendly?
Our tins can be reused and as you know, metal recycles forever. The clear pouches inside the tins and the tea bags are compostable by your local council. (Please remove the tags off the tea bags before composting).
How do you minimize your environmental impact?
All of our products are grown on smaller scale by smaller producers. 2% of our net profit is donated to Fauna & Flora to support their conservation change
