Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In the case of tea tins, this means the sealed plastic packaging inside the tin is unopened; and in the case of refill packs, this means the seal on the refill pack is unopened.

To start a return, please contact us at info@aliceblends.co.uk. You should include in your email your order reference number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you details of where to send your returned items. You should use Royal Mail or any other courier of your choice to send the item(s) to us. We recommend you use a tracked service, as we can not refund for any items which we do not receive. Please package the items securely, ideally using the original packaging. 

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that your bank may take up to a further 7 days to show the refund in your account, so please leave a total of 14 days before contacting us if the refund is not yet showing in your account.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges - please return your order (subject to the policy above) for a refund and place a new order.

14 day cooling off period

Both UK and Europe consumer rights legislation set out your right to return a product (a "cooling off period") within 14 days of purchase. Our returns policy and process (set out above) is fully compliant with this.
